The House

Located on top of a hill 400 meters from the sea and the beach of Porto Columbu - Perd'e Sali, Casa Nora is on two floors and consists of: living room with fireplace, kitchen, a bedroom for children and a small bathroom with shower on the ground floor; on the first floor two double bedrooms - one with garden view and one with balcony and sea view - both with private bathroom with toilet and shower. Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms. The kitchen leads to a shaded veranda, garden with barbecue. On the front of the house there is a beautiful terrace overlooking the island of San Macario and from which you can see the tower of Nora, a sun terrace with umbrella and sun loungers, a small laundry room with sink and washing machine and an outdoor shower.

The Neighborhood

Porto Columbu - Perd’e Sali is located 30 minutes from Cagliari Elmas international airport and the historic center of Cagliari.  The residential complex is a quiet village on the outskirts of the town of Pula. 400 meters from the house you will find a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear water and some pebble coves overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari and the island of San Macario.  The equipped tourist port of Porto Columbu - Perd’e Sali is reachable on foot and is available for hauling and parking boats and rafts. A bar, pharmacy (open only during the summer season) and a pizzeria restaurant complete the offer of the residential complex.  In Pula there are supermarkets, minimarkets, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, hardware stores, tobacconists and local craft and clothing shops.

Moving around

The house has a private place for motorcycles and bicycles but not a car park. The car can be left on the road in front or in the unsupervised parking lot which is 30 meters from the entrance gate. The complex is rarely busy and there is always room. In front of the house is the terminus of the ARST bus number 139 Pula-Porto Columbu-Cagliari
